Ms. Figarsky has over 30 years experience in behavioral health care management and operations. Her professional experience includes all levels of behavioral health care including program management with hospitals in more than 20 states. Her expertise includes financial management, marketing, business and clinical program development, strategic planning and compliance.

Executive Vice President, Acute Rehabilitation Division
Ms. Anderson has over 25 years of leadership experience in acute care hospitals, physical rehabilitation hospitals and units, behavioral health hospitals, units and long term care.  Her expertise includes management of multiple locations in the areas of: daily operations, marketing, strategic planning, business and program development.

Ms. Anderson has over 28 years of clinical experience in acute care settings with a focus over the last 18 years on marketing, operations and management in behavioral health and physical rehabilitation. She works to provide the highest quality of managed services to achieve programmatic clinical and financial success through coordinating strategic development efforts, referral and staff development and facilitating physician relationships with hospitals.

Steve Rublee
Senior Vice President, Operations
Mr. Rublee has over 20 years of healthcare experience. He began his career as a psych tech following college and after earning a Master’s in Health Administration from the Medical College of Virginia, pursued a path in behavioral health management. He has been in public and private non-profit settings, academic health, management consulting, and the for-profit sector, having served as CEO for several free-standing psychiatric hospitals. He has developed and overseen high quality inpatient and outpatient programs. His expertise lies in the areas of operations, finance, marketing, and regulatory compliance.

Mr. Deardorff has over 35 years of experience developing and managing inpatient and outpatient adult psychiatric services, geriatric psychiatric services and chemical dependency programs in acute care hospital settings. His expertise includes proficiency in regulatory compliance issues, physician recruitment and relationships, as well as financial and referral development management.

Ms. Fox works with hospital clients in development of new services and is responsible for operational functions of inpatient psychiatric contracts. She has over 34 years of clinical, operational and marketing experience in the behavioral health field. She has provided mental health management and consulting services to over 100 hospitals in 30 states.

Ms. Finelli has over 25 years of clinical, management and marketing experience in inpatient and outpatient settings for geriatric and adult psychiatric patients in acute care hospitals. Ms. Finelli works with client hospitals to develop new services and to enhance the safety and quality of existing services.

Janine Truehart
Senior Vice President, Clinical Services

Ms. Truehart has twenty years of leadership experience in acute inpatient behavioral health hospitals, outpatient programs, and residential settings. She works with client hospitals to develop high quality programs, ensuring regulatory compliance, safety, and ongoing performance improvement.

Barbara Bayma, MSN, PMHCNS, RN
Senior Vice President, Clinical Services

Ms. Bayma has over thirty-five years of extensive nursing, clinical, quality and executive leadership experience within university affiliated health systems or academic medical centers and in corporate, senior behavioral health contract management at over 100 acute care hospitals or health systems across the United States. Barbara holds at Master’s Degree in Psychiatric Mental Health Nursing from Loyola University of Chicago.

Mr. Stegall is trained to identify and assess potential hospital clients that can benefit from Signet’s specialized psychiatric and rehab development services. He has earned a MBA in Finance and holds a CFP designation. At Signet since 2001, he collaborates with prospective hospital clients to establish new psychiatric and rehab strategies that are relevant to the ever changing healthcare environment. Scott has over 30 years experience in marketing, situational analysis, and strategic business development.

Pat Doyle
Senior Vice President, Business Development

Prior to joining Signet Health, Pat spent 25+ years helping 200+ hospitals in 43 states sign contracts to develop or enhance post-acute services. This includes 150+ behavioral health and 35+ acute rehabilitation programs. Pat was SR VP of Sales at Telecare for 6 years, SR VP of Business Development at MileStone Healthcare for 6 years and 13 years at Horizon Health Management. Pat is active in his church’s children’s, Eucharistic & Prison Ministries.

Peter Ulasewicz
Senior Vice President, Business Development

Peter Ulasewicz brings over 30 years of behavioral health management experience to his Development role. Peter has successfully worked with hundreds of hospitals across the country, outlining substantive opportunities for start-up, enhancement or re-positioning of  behavioral health and chemical dependency service lines, based on both community need and long term financial viability. Highly experienced in the design, analysis and management of Behavioral Health Services delivery models, Peter holds graduate Clinical degrees from St. John’s University and holds an MBA from Boston University.

Mike Trostel, CPA
Director of Financial Analysis and Reimbursement

Mike has over 30 years of experience in the healthcare industry. Prior to joining Signet Health, Mike was the President of a healthcare consulting firm, specializing in reimbursement. Most recently, he has worked with two national CPA firms as a Principal in Healthcare Reimbursement. He has also worked in the areas of Medicare and Medicaid Reimbursement as reimbursement manager with two large national Healthcare corporations. Mr. Trostel earned a Bachelor’s of Business Administration degree from the University of Texas at Austin in Accounting. He is a member of the AICPA, HFMA and TAHFA.
