She works to provide the highest quality of managed services to achieve programmatic clinical and financial success through coordinating strategic development efforts, referral and staff development and facilitating physician relationships with hospitals.

His expertise includes proficiency in regulatory compliance issues, physician recruitment and relationships, as well as financial and referral development management.

Ms. Fox works with hospital clients in development of new services and is responsible for operational functions of inpatient psychiatric contracts. She has over 34 years of clinical, operational and marketing experience in the behavioral health field. She has provided mental health management and consulting services to over 100 hospitals in 30 states.

Ms. Finelli works with client hospitals to develop new services and to enhance the safety and quality of existing services.

Her mental health and acute rehab management expertise includes financial management, marketing, business and program development, strategic planning and regulatory compliance.

Mr. Stegall is trained to identify and assess potential hospital clients that can benefit from Signet’s specialized psychiatric and rehab development services. He has earned a MBA in Finance and holds a CFP designation. At Signet since 2001, he collaborates with prospective hospital clients to establish new psychiatric and rehab strategies that are relevant to the ever changing healthcare environment. Scott has over 30 years experience in marketing, situational analysis, and strategic business development.

Pat-DPat Doyle
Senior Vice President of Business Development

Prior to joining Signet Health, Pat spent 6 years as Senior Vice President Sales, Hospital Management Services at Telecare Corporation, 7 years as Vice President Development at MileStone Healthcare and 13 years as Senior Vice President of Development at Horizon Health Corporation. Pat has helped provide clinical post-acute management services to over 180 hospitals in 43 states, during the past 25 years. Pat received his Bachelor of Science degree from The Ohio State University and Masters of Business Administration from the University of Dallas. Pat is active in his Church’s children’s Eucharistic and prison ministries.

Peter Ulasewicz
Senior Vice President of Business Development

Peter Ulasewicz brings over 30 years of behavioral health management experience to his Development role. Peter has successfully worked with hundreds of hospitals across the country, outlining substantive opportunities for start-up, enhancement or re-positioning of  behavioral health and chemical dependency service lines, based on both community need and long term financial viability. Highly experienced in the design, analysis and management of Behavioral Health Services delivery models, Peter holds graduate Clinical degrees from St. John’s University and holds an MBA from Boston University.

Mike Trostel, CPA
Director of Financial Analysis and Reimbursement

Mike has over 30 years of experience in the healthcare industry. Prior to joining Signet Health, Mike was the President of a healthcare consulting firm, specializing in reimbursement. Most recently, he has worked with two national CPA firms as a Principal in Healthcare Reimbursement. He has also worked in the areas of Medicare and Medicaid Reimbursement as reimbursement manager with two large national Healthcare corporations. Mr. Trostel earned a Bachelor’s of Business Administration degree from the University of Texas at Austin in Accounting. He is a member of the AICPA, HFMA and TAHFA.
