Blake K. Browder
 

Chief Executive Officer 

 

Blake Browder is driven to serve as an advocate: a passion that is enhanced by extensive experience in the fields of education, ministry, and healthcare. In addition to his financial responsibilities, he has served as an active member of the board of directors for over 10 years and provides leadership as CEO and trustee of other affiliated healthcare ventures and trusts. His broad mental health background in business development, operations, and administration – along with his work with Stanford Graduate School of Business – has uniquely equipped him to contribute to Signet.

Joy G. Figarsky
 

President, Chief Operating Officer

 

Joy Figarsky has over three decades of senior leadership experience in behavioral health, substance abuse, physical rehabilitation, and acute hospital services. Her professional experience includes all levels of behavioral health care, including program management with hospitals in more than 30 states. Her expertise includes financial management, marketing, business and clinical program development, strategic planning, and compliance. As the former Mental Health Commissioner of Arkansas, her experience leading the development and implementation of population health for the behavioral health population adds an enhanced level of expertise.

Jerry G. Browder
 

Chairman of the Board

 

Signet founder Jerry Browder has over 40 years of experience in mental health and acute rehabilitation management. He trained as a CPA; today, he is nationally recognized for his expertise in distinct part unit reimbursement. Jerry has developed and managed hundreds of inpatient mental health and rehab units in 36 states.

James M. Stevenson, MD
 

Chief Medical Officer

 

Dr. James Stevenson served as both a professor and chair of West Virginia School of Medicine’s Department of Behavioral Medicine and Psychiatry for 35 years. This is the longest standing such tenure for a school of medicine in the United States. He is a Fellow of the American Psychiatric Association and was named an Exemplary Psychiatrist by the National Alliance for the Mentally Ill. Dr. Stevenson is the author or co-author of numerous books, chapters, and professional publications, and has served as a principal investigator for federally funded and private research studies and clinical trials.

Tish C. Anderson
 

Executive Vice President, Acute Rehabilitation Division

 

Tish Anderson has over 25 years of leadership experience in acute care, physical rehabilitation, behavioral health, and long-term care settings. Her hospital and unit management expertise encompasses multiple locations in the areas of daily operations, marketing, strategic planning, and program development.

Sheila Butler

Sheila Butler is an experienced human resources executive and a recognized professional in the field of organizational development, predominantly in strategic planning and employee relations. Her experience encompasses numerous leadership roles in a variety of industries, including healthcare, banking, communications, marketing, and utilities. She is highly proficient in developing and implementing retention strategies, researching and implementing human resource information systems, managing employee relations, and creating performance management and measurement systems. She is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM).

Pat Doyle

Before joining Signet Health, Pat Doyle spent over 25 years helping more than 200 hospitals in 43 states to sign contracts to develop or enhance hospital clinical service lines. This includes 150+ behavioral health and 35+ acute rehabilitation programs. Pat served as the Senior Vice President of Sales at Telecare for 6 years. He also worked as the Senior Vice President of Business Development at MileStone Healthcare for 6 years, followed by 13 years at Horizon Health Management. His business acumen and extensive experience make him a valuable part of the Signet Health team.
